Recently as time goes by, the world faces many challenges rooted in several aspects including human health and well-being. Examples of that challenges are low health awareness and pricey healthcare costs. This emerging problem requires attention from various parties especially those involved in health management practice. Those parties need to do an “innovative collaboration” regarding health management to improve human poverty and quality of life. Academic institutions like universities without exception also take part to meet that challenge. Universities can contribute by holding an international conference for academics and scientists, especially in the health field in the world to unite and construct comprehensive ideas for improved human health and well-being which are related to Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This background underlies the Research and Community Service Institute Universitas Anwar Medika to hold an ICHI (International Conference on Health Innovation) with the theme 'Advancing Humanity and Well-being Through Collaboration on Health Innovation'. Strengthening global health in this theme is one of the priority sectors that are the key to the nation's recovery after the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia. This is an excellent opportunity to pave the way to a better world with less inequality, more respect for life, the environment, and the guarantee of human rights. Anwar Medika University (Universitas Anwar Medika-UAM) is one of university in Indonesia, located in Sidoarjo City, East Java Province. UAM was established in the year 2015 under Anwar Medika Coorporation. The university was originally a Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Kesehatan or School of Health Science which underwent a metamorphosis to become goog university in 2022. Having Health and Well-being as its true color with emphasizes humanity beyond excellent. The university believes that health is pivotal factor that can create opportunities for better health and essential role to play in supporting college student to make healthy lifestyle choices.
