1. Please submit an abstract (250 words maximum) summarizing your work, including the background, objectives of the study, methodology, results, conclusion, and keywords (3-6 words). Title, authors’ names, and affiliations are excluded from the word count. Please also indicate which topic/theme (from the following options) your work/presentation would fit the best in your registration form.

Please strictly use this template () when preparing your abstract.

• Submitted abstracts should be written in English with a quality suitable for publication. The committee may request an abstract revision if the submitted abstract was not written in proper English.
• The presenting author must be listed as the first author and ensure that all co-authors are aware of the content of the abstract before submission.
• Each presenter can submit up to 2 abstracts for the oral presentation.
• The abstract should not contain any table, graph, or image.

Abstract Selection dan Notification of Acceptance

1. The committee will review all submitted abstracts. Notification regarding abstract acceptance and presentation schedule will be sent to the submitting author on July 1, 2023
2. The committee reserves the right to change the topic/theme under which the abstract is originally submitted.
3. The presenting author will be invited to complete the registration payment by July 18, 2023. If the author did not complete the payment by the specified date, the abstract may not be included in the ICHI program book.

FULL PAPER SUBMISSION

Some guideline regarding full paper submission:

1. ICHI participants are encouraged to submit the full paper directly to the journal submission page to allow the recording process of manuscript submissions, revisions, and author responses. The link of each journal page is available at ht
2. Regarding the format of the full paper, the participants must follow each journal submission guideline
3. Each of the full paper submitted to the journal will be reviewed as a regular submission. ICHI organizer facilitates shorter the waiting time for review process after full paper submission
4. The deadline of full submission to the journal submission page are: August 03, 2023
5. Please mention in the cover letter of each journal that the author is ICHI participant.
6. The title of the abstract in ICHI should be the same as the tittle of the full paper submitted to the journal.
7. The participant in the ICHI should be either the first author or the corresponding author of the full paper.
